Old Guide for JimmyAnims

Note since I see this misconception semi-frequently: You do not need EZAnims to get vanilla animations to play, EZAnims is for playing bbmodel animations.

Setup (for V1.15 of EZAnims)

  1. Put EZAnims.lua into your avatar’s folder.
  2. Name animations according to the animation list below
  3. That’s it, that’s all you need to use EZAnims
  4. There’s more (completely optional) usage instructions in the Advanced Guide below

It will automatically start playing animations if it finds animations whose names match the animation list (see below).

If you don’t get an error, but no animations play, it’s because your animations aren’t named correctly or the blockbench model is improperly saved in some way (either not at all, or it’s saving to the wrong spot on your computer). Additionally, check to make sure you have the local version of the avatar equipped so changes made to the model and script are displayed in game.

Overriding Vanilla Animations

If you want to override vanilla animations, check out the Figura Wiki’s explanation on how to do so.
